The Bicycle Siren is guaranteed for one full year from the time you received it.  If it should fail to perform as designed, let us know immediately and you will be up and running within a few days.  If for some reason your siren fails within the first month send it back and it will either be repaired or replaced and returned to you postage paid.  If it fails after 30 days of receipt we ask that you pay the shipping costs.  All units weigh 1 lb 5 oz for shipping purposes except the noisy cricket which weighs one pound for shipping.  You can go to USPS and calculate postage from zip code 97603 to your zipcode or we will calculate it for you.

The Tactical Bicycle Helmet Earphone is unconditionally guaranteed for ONE FULL YEAR.  Just put it in an envelope and send it back and it will be replaced with a brand new one.
