The Bicycle Siren is guaranteed for 6 months from the time you purchased it.  If it should fail to perform as designed, please contact www.BikeTac.com immediately and your siren will be replaced in as little as a few days.  If for some reason your siren fails, by a manufacturing error, within the first 30 days, all you need to do is send it back and we will either repair it or replace it at no charge to you.  If your siren fails, by a manufacturing error, after 30 days of receipt we ask that you pay the shipping costs.  (All units weigh 1 lb 6 oz for shipping purposes except the noisy cricket which weighs one pound for shipping.  You can go to USPS and calculate postage from zip code 97528 to your zipcode or we will calculate it for you.)
