These are the new and brighter LED strobing lights. They are very bright. Bicycle cops are often mistaken as police motorcycles when coming up behind a vehicle at night. I highly recommend these lights for every bicycle cop. Operates on 2 AA batteries in each light. Comes with Red and Blue lenses only. For different colors check out the Xenon dual strobe lights. They are not as bright, but they are good for night riding.
